TSP: Remove/Delete EFIN

Process:


To initiate the process of removing the EFIN from your HUB and Software, please follow the steps outlined below:


Gather the following information:


  • The EFIN to be removed

  • The Master EFIN associated with the EFIN

  • A brief explanation detailing the reason for the removal

  • Submit a ticket to our support team with the gathered information.


Your cooperation in providing accurate details will ensure a smooth and efficient handling of your request.


Steps in submitting a ticket for this type of request below: 


  1. Open the Support Portal link: https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com and Sign in.

  2. Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.


  3. Fill in the following as shown below:


  • Subject: Type “Remove” and add the EFIN.

  • Category: EFINs :: Updating Efins



  • Description: Please confirm the reason (why you want it to be removed), the EFIN, and the Master EFIN from where you require it to be removed.



  • Please type your phone number.



  • Click submit.


The support team will update you as soon as your request is complete.
