To initiate the process of removing the EFIN from your HUB and Software, please follow the steps outlined below:
Gather the following information:
The EFIN to be removed
The Master EFIN associated with the EFIN
A brief explanation detailing the reason for the removal
Submit a ticket to our support team with the gathered information.
Your cooperation in providing accurate details will ensure a smooth and efficient handling of your request.
Steps in submitting a ticket for this type of request below:
Open the Support Portal link: https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com and Sign in.
Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.
Fill in the following as shown below:
Subject: Type “Remove” and add the EFIN.
Category: EFINs :: Updating Efins
Description: Please confirm the reason (why you want it to be removed), the EFIN, and the Master EFIN from where you require it to be removed.
Please type your phone number.
Click submit.
The support team will update you as soon as your request is complete.
