To update the Primary Contact on the HUB, you'll need to submit a support ticket. Here's how:
Provide the following information:
EFIN
Current name
Desired new name
Create a support ticket using the following instructions:
Log in to your account on the support platform. (https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com)
Navigate to the "Submit Ticket" or "Create Ticket" section.
Fill in the following as shown below:
The support team will work your ticket out, once it is done they’ll let you know.
After that process is done, you’ll be able to see the changes.
