Process:
If you need to select a Bank Product Service Bank for an office, please use the following instructions:
Log in to the Software using your Admin credentials. (The same ones you use for your Account Hub).
Click on ‘Select Office’ on the left side of the screen.
Locate the correct office and click on ‘EDIT’.
In the ‘Selected Bank‘ section, click on the dropdown menu, and select the bank from the options listed.
Click on ‘Continue’.
It will usually take a couple minutes for the Software to update before the Bank Product option is listed on a return.
After following these steps and waiting for a few minutes, if you do not see the Bank Product listed as an option on the return, please submit a support ticket, and we will assist you right away.
