Proweb: Locked Out of Account HUB/Password Doesn't Match/Forgot Password

Process:


To locate your
Admin Username:


Note that the password for your Admin Username will be the same for the Account HUB and the Software. If you change the password in Account HUB, it will be automatically modified on the Software, and vice versa. We highly recommend updating your Password Manager if you modify the password in either the Account HUB or Software.

  1. Open your Account HUB Link.

  2. Try to log in using your Admin Credentials. Locate the correct username in the ticket previously mentioned.

    • If you can’t access it with the Admin username because the password doesn’t match, please follow the instructions:

      • Click Forgot Password



      • Enter your Admin Username



      • Select one of the Verification options



      • Enter the Verification Code

      • Create a New Password - keep in mind the specifications requested

      • Now click BACK on blue letters.

      • Type your Admin username and the new password you just created.

  3. The last step will be trying to log in with the new password.

  4. If after this process, you are still not able to log in, please submit a ticket providing the following information:

    • Your Master EFIN

    • Your username

    • A brief explanation clarifying that you already tried the previous steps.
