Process:
To locate your Admin Username:
Open the Support Portal link and sign in. https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com/portal/en/signin
Click My Links on the middle top of your screen. You’ll see your ticket titled “TSP-YOUR BUSINESS NAME-YOUR MASTER EFIN”.
Please open that ticket and inside you’ll find the Admin Username.

Note that the password for your Admin Username will be the same for the Account HUB and the Software. If you change the password in Account HUB, it will be automatically modified on the Software, and vice versa. We highly recommend updating your Password Manager if you modify the password in either the Account HUB or Software.
Open your Account HUB Link.
Try to log in using your Admin Credentials. Locate the correct username in the ticket previously mentioned.
If you can’t access it with the Admin username because the password doesn’t match, please follow the instructions:
The last step will be trying to log in with the new password.
If after this process, you are still not able to log in, please submit a ticket providing the following information:
Your Master EFIN
Your username
A brief explanation clarifying that you already tried the previous steps.
