ProWeb: How to Set Up the Password to Override the Minimum and Maximum Preparer Fees

Process:

To set up a password for overriding the minimum and maximum preparer fees, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Software using your ADMIN credentials. (The same credentials you use to log in to your Account Hub)
   
   

   

   
   
   

2. Click on ‘Company Configuration’.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click on ‘Minimum Preparer Fee Setup’.
   
   

   

   
   
   

4. Type the password you want, and then type it again to verify.
   
   

   

   
   
   

5. Click on ‘Continue‘ to save the changes.
   
   

   

   
   
   

6. Then repeat the steps for the Maximum Preparer Fee. Click on ‘Maximum Preparer Fee Setup’.
   
   

   

   
   
   

7. Type the password you want, and then type it again to verify.
   
   

   

   
   
   

8. Click on ‘Continue‘ to save the changes.
   
   

   

   
   
   

You can now override the minimum and maximum preparer fees.

If other preparers require override access, be sure to provide them with the password.
