Process:
The W-7 and tax return can be printed on English or Spanish Forms, if a Spanish version is available. To designate which language to print, from the Welcome menu select:
Go to ProWeb Software > Select and Access office
Configuration
Office Setup
Check Default Tax Returns to Spanish
Click on Save and Access Office
