Description: This article will show you how to modify the ERO name that appears on the Invoice.
Process:
If you need to change the ERO name that appears on the invoice, please use the following instructions:
Log in to the Software using your Admin credentials. (The same ones you use for your Account Hub).
Click on ‘Select Office’ on the left side of the screen.
Locate the correct office, and click on ‘Access’.
Click on ‘Configuration’.
Click on ‘ERO Setup’.
Locate the ERO, and click on ‘EDIT’.
Modify the ERO Name.
Click on ‘Continue’ to save the changes.
The ERO Name will now be updated on the invoice.
