Modifying the Company Name for the Master EFIN

In TaxSlayer, manual modification of the Company Name for the Master EFIN is not possible. However, we can escalate your request, and the Software will make the change on your behalf. To initiate this process, please submit a ticket with the following details:

1. Current Company Name

2. New Company Name

3. The Master EFIN

Open this ticket using the instructions below:

1. Open the Support Portal and sign in.

3. Fill in the following as shown below:

   • Subject: Type “Modify Company Name” and add the Master EFIN.

   • Category: Tax Software :: Other

   • Description: Please provide the following details: (Without these details, we are unable to submit your request)
     
     

     • Current Company Name

     • New Company Name
