Modify TaxSlayer Domain

Description: This article will guide you on how to request the modification of your TaxSlayer buildout domain.

Process: 

To modify the domain of your TaxSlayer buildout, please submit a ticket and include the following details:

1. Three new prefix options (If your first choice is not available, we will check the availability of the other two options).
   
   

2. Your Master EFIN (If you have Sub-SBs, this helps us locate the correct one).
   
   

3. Your current link/domain (If you have Sub-SBs, this will help us confirm the correct one).

Please use the following instructions to submit the ticket correctly:

1. Open the Support Portal link and sign in.

2. Click on ‘Create a ticket’ on the right side of the screen.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Fill in the following as shown below:
   
   

   • Subject: Type, “Modify My TSP Domain”, and add the related Master EFIN.

   • Category: Tax Software :: Other
     
     

     

     
     
     

   • Description: Please provide the 3 new prefix options, the Master EFIN, and the current domain/link you want to modify.
     
     

     

     
     
     

   • Provide the best phone number you can be reached at.
     
     

     

     
     
     

   • Click on ‘Submit’.
     
     

     

     
     
     

4. Once your ticket has been processed and completed by the support team, you will receive a notification.
