Location for Your Sub Sites in Your Software



Your Sub Sites are going to need access to your Tax Software, so we need to create an office for them.


👉 Within the main menu, Scroll down and Click on Manage Offices


👉 When you're in the Manage Offices Section, Click on Add Office


You can enter their information here. They'll also be able to update/edit their information at a later time.

Ancillary Product Configuration section



  • You can decide if you want to take advantage of Audit Protection.

  • You can put your Add-on Fee to these and if they have their own person in, they can add on top of it as well.

  • It will be up to you, how you want to set them up. If you are not doing add-on for any of these, you can let your office decide if you want to offer it or not. 

Office Configuration Section

  • Add a check to Use Topaz Signature Pad if you think your Sub Sites might use it.

  • Add a check to Default State Return Type to be Sent Through Bank - as it benefits you as well.

  • You can also decide to leave things blank and let your Sub Sites decide how they want to configure their own office

Office Addresses and Office Phones Section



👉 You could Click Save and Access Office or Click on Continue. 

👉 If you click on Save and Access Office - You will now be taken to your Sub Site's Office Settings
