In your Software, Click Select Office:
Locate the EFIN, Click Access
Click on Configuration
Go to Preparer Setup
Locate the Preparer > Click Edit
Scroll down to locate Role and Switch from the drop down and select the template that you want to assign for the preparer
Click on continue.
