Process:

Verify that you are trying to Start a new return using your Preparer login credentials. If you are using the preparer login credentials, and it’s still not available, proceed to the next steps.
Access software using the admin login
Click on Main Menu
Go to Company Configuration
Review Tax Preparation Settings
Make sure the offices do not have a ✅ mark next to it. Having that checked will disable returns for offices.
