Account Hub: Update Control Person's/Office Staff Information in the Bank App

Description: This article will guide you step by step on how to edit the Control Person´s/Office Staff SSN, DOB, email address and/or any other detail not related to the bank account or fees.

Process: 


  1. Log in to your Account HUB using your Admin Credentials.



  2. Click “View” in “Manage Banking” or click “Manage Banking” on the left side of your screen.

       



  3. Locate the EFIN you want to edit.



  4. Click on the bank name you want to edit, located on the right side of the screen.



  5. Now, we need to jump to the correct section. Click on section 6 Control Person/Office Staff.




    • Section 6: Control Person / Office Staff

      • Please modify any piece of information in this section. Here are some tips to take into consideration while modifying it.

        TIPS:

        • Double-check the DOB and SSN.

        • You need to add the percentage of business owned.

        • For TPG: On the right side of the screen you have 2 squares with bold letters, the first one is to accept receiving text messages about the updates of the account and the second one is for marketing purposes, both are totally optional.



      • Click Save



  6. Now we need to lock and submit the application. Please DO NOT skip this step, otherwise your modifications won’t get saved and applied.

  7. Click on section 8 Lock and Submit Application.



    • Section 8: Lock And Submit Application

      • Remember, in this section, you’ll submit the changes. This final step is crucial, otherwise the application won’t be submitted.

    • A pop-up will display. Click OK.



    • The following message will be displayed.



    • You’ll see the “8” turns green and the lock turns red.



    • Close it by clicking on the red “X” in the top right corner.



  8. Refresh the page.

  9. You’ll see the bank application that was modified will show a red lock, this means it was resubmitted.



  10. After these steps, you only need to wait for the bank application to get reaccepted.
