Account Hub: How to Update Bank Applications (For Your Service Bureau)?

In your In Account Hub 

  1.  Click on the 9 Dots

    on the top right > Click on My Account



  2. Go to Bank Product Information 



  1. Select the Bank you need to edit and Click on Edit Application


It will then give you this screen. You can change anything from the sections.

BE SURE TO RESUBMIT THE BANK APPLICATION

To ensure that your modifications are saved and applied, follow the steps below to lock and submit the bank application. Skipping this process will prevent your changes from being submitted.


Lock and Submit the Application

The first step is to lock and submit your application. Do not skip this step, as it is essential for saving and applying your modifications.

  1. Click on section 8 Lock and Submit Application



  • In the application, navigate to Section 8: Lock and Submit Application.

    • Remember, this is the final step where you will officially submit the changes you made. Failing to complete this action will result in the application not being submitted.


  1. Confirm Submission



  • A pop-up window will appear prompting you to confirm the submission.

  • Click OK to proceed.

  • After clicking OK, you’ll see the “8 Application Locked” indicator turn green. The following message will be displayed.



  • The lock icon will turn red.



  1.  Close the Application

    • Close the window by clicking the red “X” in the top right corner of the pop-up.



  2. Refresh the page.

    • After closing the pop-up, refresh the page to ensure the changes are properly updated.

  3. Verify Submission

    • Once refreshed, you should see that the bank application has a red lock icon, indicating that the application has been successfully resubmitted



  4. Await Reacceptance

    • After completing the above steps, the next thing you need to do is simply wait for the bank application to be reaccepted



By following these instructions, you ensure that your application is properly resubmitted and will be reviewed accordingly.

You cannot edit the Service Bureau Fees and Add-on Fees sections.
If any changes are required in these areas, please submit a Support Ticket, and we will forward a request to have your bank application unlocked.
