This article will show you how you can run reports in Account hub. This will let you run reports in the back end to see how your Service Bureau is performing.
In Account Hub > Click on the 9 Dots
on the top right > Click on Web Reports
It will give you a screen like this, and you can run all kinds of reports. You can even create reports and save them.
The most common report that people run is a “Federal Return Summary”
↪ From there, you can Select the Date Type > Tax Year > Start Date > End Date > Return Type > Click on EFIN Selection
Select or add a check on each EFIN if you have multiples > Run Report
It will then give you this screen. From there, you can select and arrange the columns that you want to see in the report.
👉 You can then Click on Export or Save the report if it’s a report you will continuously run.
