Account Hub: Company Information Is Not Saving

Description: This article will guide you in resolving the issue when the company information verification is not saving.

Process: 

If you're experiencing issues saving a location in your Account Hub, even after entering all the correct information, please follow the steps below:


  1. Ensure all fields are completed:
    When adding a location, make sure that all required fields are accurately filled out.




  2. Check the 'Company Information' section:
    If the location still doesn't save, scroll up to the Company Information section and click on the IRS Tracking Number field.



  3. Press ENTER:
    After clicking the field, press ENTER on your keyboard. A confirmation message should appear.



  4. Save your changes:
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save All.

Once saved, the new location should now appear under the Manage Locations section of your Account Hub.
