Account Hub: Bank App Unlock

Description: When the bank application is locked, we request it to be unlocked so it will be editable.

Process:

  1. Log in to your Account HUB using your Admin Credentials.



  2. Click “View” in “Manage Banking” or click “Manage Banking” on the left side of your screen.


       


  3. Locate the EFIN you want to edit/enroll.


  4. Click on the bank name you want to edit/enroll with, located on the right side of the screen.



  5. Once in, try to edit any piece of information. If you can’t, it means it is locked.
    You’ll need to request an EFIN unlock through a ticket.


  1. Open the Support Portal link and sign in. https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com/portal/en/signin

  2. Click “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.



  3. Fill in the following as shown below:

    • Subject: Type “Bank App Unlock” and add the EFIN related to the bank app you need to unlock.

    • Category: Bank Enrollment :: Bank App Unlock / Update Fees

    • Which EFIN needs the bank app unlocked?: Type the EFIN related to the bank app you need to unlock.

    • Which bank app?: Select the bank or banks you need to unlock.



    • Description: Please confirm the EFIN and bank you need to unlock.



    • Provide your best can be reached number.



    • Click Submit
       



Once your ticket is processed by the support team and completed, you will receive notification. Following this, you'll have the ability to edit the bank application as needed.
