Understanding Bank Application Status Symbols
You may encounter various symbols that indicate the status of your bank applications. This article explains the meaning of each symbol and provides guidance on how to resolve any related issues, if necessary.
Green Checkmark Icon (“Accepted”): The bank app has been accepted.
Red Pause Icon (“Waiting for Master Approval”)
When the application for your Master EFIN is accepted, the application for your Transmitting EFIN(s) will be able to proceed through the approval process.

Black Checkmark with Blue Dots Icon (“In Progress”):
You’ve started the bank application, but it has not been submitted to the bank.

3 Black Dots with Blue Circle Icon (“Pending”):
If you see the “Pending” status, the EFIN owner will need to log in to the RA Portal for that EFIN through the RA website (www.refund-advantage.com) and complete the required steps, including:
Compliance test
Uploading the EFIN Application Summary
Uploading ID

Red Reject Icon (“Rejected”): The bank app has been rejected.
Please open a ticket and the support team will assist you.Red Padlock Icon (“Locked”): The bank app is locked. Normally this will appear when the bank app has just been submitted.
If it has been like this for more than 24 hours, please open a ticket, and the support team will assist you.
