Understanding Your Multi-Office Manager

The Multi-Office Manager is not your Tax Software!

The Multi-Office Manager (MO) is your back office for creating, managing, and enrolling tax office locations.

Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the first screen you encounter upon logging into the MO. It provides quick links (or shortcuts) to different sections of the MO. Additionally, it gives you a snapshot of reporting metrics for all your enrolled tax office locations.

Client Manager

In your Client Manager you can lookup individual return details for all of your office locations without signing into your Tax Software.

This will be helpful in supporting your service bureau clients if you've chosen to use such a revenue model.

E-file

On the E-file tab, you're able to review and transmit returns from any office location using your software.
