OLT: Status Not Yet Ready

Description: This article will explain the status: Not Yet Ready and how to finish the setup to get the status: On Board.

Process:

If the status is indicated as "Not Yet Ready”, it means that certain sections still need to be filled out to complete your account setup. To proceed, please follow these instructions:



  1. Log into your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.

  2. Once inside, click Admin on the left sidebar.

  3. Locate the Location Account from the list and click the Pencil Icon on the right side of the screen.

  4. Now click Save and Continue.

  5. Now you need to go through all these sections, one by one; Firm, Pricing, Account Settings, and Bank Enrollment until all have green checks.

  6. Click FIRM on the options shown:


    • Fill in all the Firm information requested.

    • Once filled, click Save Firm Information.

  7. Now click Continue To: Pricing.

    • Now fill in the Federal Pricing information requested. Then click Save Federal Pricing.



    • ´The following message will be displayed.

    • Now click STATE and fill in the requested information. Then click Save State Pricing.

    • The following message will be displayed.

    • Now click DISCOUNT and fill in the requested information. Then click Add Discount.

    • The following message will be displayed.



    • Now click Additional Charges and fill in the requested information. Then click Add Additional Charges.

    • The following message will be displayed.

  8. Now click Account Settings on the top. As you can see, the previous sections have the green check now.



    • This will display 2 options: View/Change Manually and Set Using Template.



      1. If you choose View/Change Manually:

        1. You’ll start on the Preparer/Client Level section. Kindly fill in all the options requested.

        2. Once filled, click Save Changes.


        3. Now click Firm Level. Kindly fill in all the sections requested.

        4. Once filled, click Save Changes.

        5. Now click Change Theme. Kindly fill in all the sections requested.

        6. Once filled, click Save Changes.




      2. If you choose to Set Using Template:


        Kindly select one of the options displayed and then click
        Apply Template.

  9. Now click Bank Enrollment on the top. As you can see, the previous sections have the green check now.



  10. This will display the Bank Product Information

    • If it is enrolled, you are finished.

    • If it is not enrolled, kindly click the green check icon and finish the bank enrollment. For further information on how to enroll in the bank application, kindly refer to the following article: Office/Location Bank Enrollment



  11. Now close this page by clicking the cross in the top right corner.

  12. Refresh the page. Now you’ll see the status changed from Not Yet Ready to On Board.
