If your EFIN has been compromised, or if you need to replace it due to a typo or an IRS-issued new EFIN, please submit a ticket for assistance from our support team.
Please ensure you provide the following details in your ticket:
Old EFIN
New EFIN
Locations Account Name
EFILE SUMMARY from IRS e-services for the EFIN in question.
Our support team will promptly assist you in updating your EFIN details to ensure the accuracy and security of your information.
Process:

To submit the ticket, please use the instructions below:
Open the Support Portal link: https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com/portal/en/signin
Now please Sign in.
Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.
Fill in the following as shown below:
Subject: Type “EFIN Compromised” or “Modify EFIN” and add the EFIN related.
Category: EFINs :: Updating Efins
Description: Please confirm the reason (was the EFIN compromised, was the EFIN incorrectly typed, etc), the old EFIN, the new EFIN, and the Location Account name you need to unlock.
Please type your phone number.
Hit submit.
The support team will work your ticket out, once it is done they’ll let you know.
After that process is done, you’ll have to submit a new bank application.
