OLT: Remove the PIN Number - Office

Description: This article will guide you on how to remove the PIN in an office.

Process:

To remove the PIN from a Location Account, follow one of these two options based on whether you know or remember the PIN:


  1. If you know/remember the PIN: Navigate to the corresponding section in this article for guidance.

  2. If you don't know/remember the PIN: Refer to the appropriate section in this article for assistance.


If you don’t remember the PIN, submit a ticket requesting help with this issue.

Provide the following information on the ticket:


  • The preparer’s name you want to remove the PIN from

  • EFIN related to the office you want to remove the PIN from

  • Location Account name of the office you want to remove the PIN from


If you remember the PIN:

  1. Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.

  2. Once inside, click Admin on the left sidebar.



  3. Locate the Location Account Name from the list and click the Pencil Icon on the right side of the screen.

  4. Now click Save and Continue.



  5. Now click the Pencil Icon on the Edit list for the preparer you need to remove the PIN from.



  6. From the options displayed, select LOGIN SECURITY.



  7. Scroll down to locate the Security PIN section and click the Trashcan Icon.



  8. Enter the PIN, and click DELETE PIN.



If it was correctly entered, the following message will appear.
