Process:
If you forget your PIN from the MO (Multi Office Admin) and require its removal to log in, kindly submit a ticket following the instructions provided below. Ensure that you include the Username and Master EFIN details in the ticket.
Open the Support Portal link and sign in: https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com
Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.
Fill in the following as shown below:
Once your ticket is submitted, the support team will address it accordingly. Upon completion, they will notify you of the resolution. Once the process is finalized, you will be able to log in without requiring a PIN.
