This article will guide you on how to remove the security questions from the software for a specific preparer.
Note: We do not recommend removing the Security Questions from the Software because these provide an extra layer of security.
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin).
Click on ‘Admin‘, located on the left side bar.
Select the Location under which the preparer is located, and click on the Pencil Icon.
Click on ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’.
Select the preparer you want to remove the security questions for, and click on the Pencil Icon.
Click on ‘SECURITY QUESTION’.
Check the box beside, “Disable Login Security”.
Click on ‘SAVE CHANGES’.
From now on, every time you log in, the following screen will be displayed. Please click on ‘SKIP’, and it will allow you to proceed to the next screen.
