This article will guide you on how to remove the security questions from your MO.
Note: We do not recommend removing the Security Questions from the MO (Multi Office Admin) because these provide an extra layer of security.
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin).
Click on ‘USERS‘, located in the top right corner.
Click on the red eyeball icon for the user you want to remove the security questions from.
Check the box beside, “Disable Login Security“, and then click on ‘Save’.
The following message will appear, which means the security questions have been removed.
From now on, every time you log in, the following screen will be displayed. Please click on ‘SKIP’, and it will allow you to proceed to the next screen.
