OLT: Moving EFINs

Description: We request OLT to move the Location/Account to retain data.

Process:

In OLT, EFIN transfers are not facilitated. However, we can transfer Locations/Accounts to preserve data if your client has previously used OLT. To initiate this process, please submit a ticket containing the following details:

  1. Location Name/Account Name

  2. EFIN for the transfer request

  3. Master EFIN indicating the destination for the location relocation.

  4. If you are the EFIN Owner: please provide the EFIN Summary.

  5. If you are NOT the EFIN Owner: please provide EFIN Summary, a written consent from the ERO saying they want to be moved under you (include your Master EFIN in the consent) and a copy of the ERO's ID.


Open this ticket using the instructions below:

  1. Open the Support Portal and sign in - https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com 

  2. Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.
      


  3. Fill in the following as shown below:

    • Subject: Type “Move Location” and add the Location Name you want to move.

    • Category: EFINs :: Adding EFINs or EROs

    • Description: Please provide the following details: (Without these details, we are unable to submit your request)

      • EFIN to put in the request.

      • Location Name that you want to move.

      • Master EFIN where it is going to.

    • Provide your best can be reached number


    • Click submit.



The support team will address your ticket promptly, and upon completion, they will notify you of the update. Once the process is finalized, you'll be able to observe the addition under the Master EFIN you provided.
