OLT: Log In to Prior Tax Years, Beyond the Last 4 Years

Process:
If you need to access prior tax years in the software, beyond the last 4 years, you will need to complete the ‘Mark as Paid‘ step for the Location before accessing them.

1. Log in to your Software.
   
   

   

   
   
   

2. Click on ‘Login prior year’ in the top left corner.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click the dropdown menu, and select the prior year you need to access.
   
   

   

   
   
   

4. Click on ‘LOGIN TO PRIOR YEAR SITE’, and a login tab will open.
   
   

   

   
   
   

5. You are now logged in to the tax year which you selected, and the year should be displayed in the top left corner of your screen.
