Process:
To enable access for individuals from other countries to your Software or Multi-Office Admin (MO), it's essential to have their country enabled in the system. Attempting to log in from countries that haven't been enabled may result in the Location Account or MO being disabled or displaying an “Access Denied” message.
Ensuring access from various countries is crucial for expanding accessibility and ensuring smooth operations across borders.
To request the enabling of access from a specific country, please follow these instructions to open a ticket:
Navigate to the ticketing system.
Create a new ticket with the subject line indicating the request to enable access from a specific country.
Provide details such as the name of the country or countries for which access needs to be enabled.
Submit the ticket, and our support team will assist you promptly in enabling access from the requested country or countries.
