OLT: Locked Out of Office/Password Doesn't Match/Forgot Password

Description: This article will provide instructions on how to reset the password and locate the correct Account Name and Firm Name to log in to the Office.

Process:

  1. Log in to your MO using your Admin Credentials.



  2. Once inside, click Admin on the left sidebar.



  3. Locate the Location Account Name from the list and click the Key Icon on the right side of the screen.



  4. Now click Reset Password.

  5. The Temporary Password will be sent and shown.


  6. Now open your Software Login link. Try to log in with the Temporary Password.

  7. Locate the correct information to log in:

    • In the MO (Multi Office Admin), locate the Location Account Name from the list.

    • Click on the Pencil Icon on the right side of the screen.

    • Using the info displayed, fill in:

      • Account Name with the Location Account Name.

      • Password with the Temporary Password.

      • Firm Name with the Location Firm Name.

  1. Click LOGIN.

  2. Now you need to change the password.

    • The current password is the temporary password.

    • The new password can’t be one of the last five passwords you have used.

    • Modify your password hint.

    • Click Update Password.

  3. Click Re-Login.

  4. Now Log In with the new password.


After this process, you should be able to log in. If it is still not working, please submit a ticket and the Support team will assist you.

The Support Team will
need you to provide the following information on the ticket:


  • EFIN of the office

  • Location Account Name of the office 

  • Confirmation that you have already tried the previous steps

  • Your Master EFIN
