OLT: Locked Out of MO/Password Doesn't Match/Forgot Password

Description: This article will provide instructions on how to reset the password and understand common mistakes while logging into the MO.

Process:

  1. Try to log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.

  2. If you are still not able to log in, please click “Forgot Password”



  3. You’ll need to fill in the following information: 

    • The Account Name is the Username.



  4. Now click Retrieve

  5. The following message will be displayed. Click Go To Login Page.



  6. Open your email and locate the email sent to you.



  7. Inside the email, you’ll have the Temporary Password.



  8. Copy and paste the Temporary Password into the MO (Multi Office Admin) Login Page.

  9. Click LOGIN.

  10. Now you need to change the password.

    • The current password is the temporary password.

    • The new password can’t be one of the last five passwords you have used.

    • Modify your password hint.

    • Click Update Password.



  11. Click Re-Login.

  12. Now Log In with the new password.


After this process, you should be able to go inside. If it is still not working, please submit a ticket and the Support team will assist you.
The Support Team will
need you to provide the following information on the ticket:


  • Your Master EFIN

  • The Account Name/Username 

  • Explanation that you have already tried the previous steps
