Process:
Try to log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.
Confirm the Username is the correct one by looking for it on the support portal.
Log in to the Support portal: https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com/portal/en/signin
Click on My Links at the top of the screen.
You’ll locate the Username there.
If you are still not able to log in, please click “Forgot Password”
You’ll need to fill in the following information:
Now click Retrieve.
The following message will be displayed. Click Go To Login Page.
Open your email and locate the email sent to you.
Inside the email, you’ll have the Temporary Password.
Copy and paste the Temporary Password into the MO (Multi Office Admin) Login Page.
Click LOGIN.
Now you need to change the password.
Click Re-Login.
Now Log In with the new password.
After this process, you should be able to go inside. If it is still not working, please submit a ticket and the Support team will assist you.
The Support Team will need you to provide the following information on the ticket:
Your Master EFIN
The Account Name/Username
Explanation that you have already tried the previous steps
