Process:

It is important that you can differentiate between a
Reset request and a Unlock request before submitting a ticket for this topic. To identify this, use the following:

  1. RESET REQUEST:

    • Request a reset when you want to switch banks.

    • The reset request erases the previous bank application and leaves it blank to enroll with another bank.

    • The Reset request has a specific process to follow, if this is the case please use the following article: OLT: Bank App Reset

    • When requesting a reset the final result will look like the picture below.

  2. UNLOCK REQUEST:

    • Request an unlock when you want to modify only specific pieces of information such as DOB, SSN, Bank Account, Fees, etc.

    • The unlock request doesn’t erase the previous bank application, it only allows modifications and saves the previous information.

    • The Unlock request has a specific process to follow, if this is the case please use the following article: OLT: Bank App Unlock

    • When requesting an unlock, the final result will be found by:

      • Locate the Location Account inside your MO (Multi Office Admin) and click the eyeball icon on the right side of the screen.

      • Once there, you’ll see the Edit Enrollment Information button. This means the application is editable. (Without this button it is not possible to edit).
