Description: This article will guide you on how to mark a Location as Paid, so the office can access prior tax years.
Process:
If you or your EROs need to access prior Tax Years in the Software, you will need to complete the ‘Mark as Paid’ step for the Location.
To do so, please use the following instructions:
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin).
Click on ‘ADMIN‘ in the left sidebar.
Locate the Location Account that will need access to prior Tax Years, and click on the Sheet Icon (This icon could be colored blue or white).
Click on the dropdown menu.
Select the tax year you need to access, and click on ‘MARK AS PAID’.
A message will appear saying, “Marked as Paid Successfully!!!”. The Payment Status will change to ‘PAID‘, and the select option will now change to “MARK AS UNPAID”.
You will now have access to the prior tax year which you Marked as Paid. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each tax year you need to access.
