Process:
If you can’t locate your Sub-SB from your MO, please use the following instructions.
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin).
Click on ‘Admin‘ in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click on ‘GROUPS‘ in the top right corner.
Here you’ll find all your Sub-SBs. Locate the Sub-SB you were looking for.
If you need to impersonate the Sub-SB, click on ‘LOGON AS’ on the right side of the screen.
