Process:
If you can’t locate the Account Name, please use the following instructions:
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin credentials.
Once in, Click Admin on the left side bar.
Locate the Location Account from the list and click on the Pencil Icon on the screen's right side.
Now you’ll see the following information displayed. Here you’ll find the Account Name.
TIP: Remember that it is important to type it exactly as it is shown there. This includes if it has spaces or not, if it is in upper case letters or not, and if it has symbols. The Account Name can’t be modified.
