Description: This article will show you how to change the password for a Preparer.
Process:
To change a preparer's password, please follow the instructions below:
Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin).
Click on ‘ADMIN‘ in the left sidebar.
Locate the Location Account where the preparer is under and click on the Pencil Icon.
Click on ‘Save and Continue’.
Look for the correct preparer you need to change the password for.
Click on the Key Icon (Reset Password).
Type the new password, confirm it, and change the password hint.
Click on ‘Save Changes’.
The password has now been updated for that preparer.
