OLT: How to Add the RBIN to the Software

Process:
If you find that the RBIN hasn't been automatically loaded into the software shortly after setting up your preparer, you'll need to submit a ticket for assistance, as this task can only be handled by the Software team. In your ticket, ensure to include the following details:

  1. EFIN

  2. Location’s Account name

  3. RBIN number

  4. Preparer’s name

  5. RBIN certificate or email provided by Republic Bank


Submit your request using the instructions below:

  1. Open the Support Portal link and sign in.
    https://support.servicebureauaccelerator.com/portal/en/signin

  2. Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.




  3. Fill in the following as shown below:

    • Subject: Type “Add RBIN” and add the EFIN.

    • Category: EFINs :: Updating Efins

    • Description: Please provide the EFIN, the Location’s Account name, the RBIN number, the preparer’s name, and the RBIN certificate or email provided by Republic Bank.



    • Provide your best can be reached number.

  4. Click submit.



Once your ticket is received, the support team will address it accordingly. Once the RBIN addition process is completed, you will be notified of its completion. Following this, you'll be able to confirm that the RBIN has been successfully added to your account.
