OLT: How to Add a Sub-User

Description: This article will guide you on how to add a sub-user.

Process: 


  1. Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.



  2. Once inside, click Admin on the left side bar.



  3. Click Users on the right side of your screen.



  4. Click Create Sub-User on the left side of your screen.



  5. Now we need to fill in all the information requested.


  6. After filling in everything, click Save Account Details.



  7. The following message will appear.



  8. Now click Continue To: Privileges.



  9. Now you need to select the Privileges you want to provide this sub-user. Check all the boxes you need or check the Select All Tabs box. There is also another box saying Give Admin Access, you can check this one if this is what you want.



  10. Now click Save User Privileges.



  11. The following message will appear.



  12. Now click Continue To: Location(s) List.



  13. Now you need to select all the Locations that you want this Sub-User to have access to. You have 2 options here:

    1. We strongly recommend selecting Yes in the question ‘Do you want to auto link all locations to this MO sub user?’.
      (This way every time a new location is created it will be
      auto-linked to this sub-user.)



    2. You can select only the specific locations you want the Sub-User to have access to.
      (If you select this option, please remember that every time a new location is created, you’ll need to come back here and add that new location to this sub-user, if you want them to have access to it.)



  14. Now click Manage Selected Locations.




  15. The following message will appear.



  16. Now click Back to User Summary.



  17. Now here you’ll see the Sub-User correctly added.



  18. The last step will be providing the MO (multi Office Manager) link to your sub-user and the credentials you just created.
