OLT: How to Add a Preparer in the MO

Description: This article will guide you on how to add a preparer in the MO.

Process:

Follow these instructions to add preparers in your MO:

  1. Log in to your MO (Multi Office Manager).



  2. Click on ’ADMIN’ in the left sidebar.



  3. Select the Location Account where the preparer needs to be added, and click on the Pencil Icon.



  4. Click on ’Save and Continue’.



  5. Click on ‘Add New Preparer’.



  1. Enter the preparer’s information, select the appropriate permissions they will need access to, and click on ‘CREATE NEW USER‘ to save it.



  2. Provide the preparer with the Username and Temporary Password you created for them, along with the Firm Name for that location and the Software Login Link, so they can log in to that office on the software.
