OLT: Can't Modify The SB Fee

Description: This article will guide you on how to modify the SB fee when it is locked, and everything else is unlocked.


Process:  SB Fee Locked During Bank Enrollment If the SB fee is locked and cannot be modified during the bank enrollment process for one of your Transmitter EFINs, it’s because the bank fees are set as default in the Admin section of the Multi Office Admin (MO).

To resolve this:

  1. Go to the Admin section in MO.

  2. Update the SB fee for the bank you’ve selected.

  3. Save your changes.

Note: If you’ve used the ‘Set Bank Fee’ option for the location, the SB fee cannot be manually adjusted on the bank enrollment page.




Please use the following instructions to modify the SB Fee:


  1. Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin credentials.



  2. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Admin’ on the left sidebar.



  3. Locate the Location Account from the list, and click on the ‘Dollar Icon’ on the right side of the screen.



  4. Select the bank you are enrolling with by clicking on the dropdown menu.



  5. Modify the SB fee, and click on ‘Save & Continue’.



  6. Once you return to the bank app, it will show the amount you entered here.
