OLT: Bank App Unlock

Description: When the bank application is locked, you need to request it to be unlocked so it will be editable.

Process:
When you previously enrolled the Location Account with a bank, and you want to modify a piece of information, you’ll need to confirm that it is not locked, and if it is, please request the unlock through a ticket. Use the following instructions to do both things:

  1. Log in to your MO (Multi Office Admin) using your Admin Credentials.



  2. Once inside, click Bank on the left side bar.



  3. Locate the Location Account Name from the list and click the eyeball icon on the right side of the screen.



  4. Now we need to look for a button saying Edit Enrollment Information, if you find it that means the application is editable. If you don’t find it, that means it is locked, and you’ll need to request the unlock through a ticket.



  5. Open the Support Portal link and sign in.

  6. Click on “Create/Add a ticket” on the right side of the screen.



  7. Fill in the following as shown below:

    • Subject: Type “Bank App Unlock” and add the EFIN related to the bank app you need to unlock or reset.

    • Category: Bank Enrollment :: Bank App Unlock / Update Fees

    • Which EFIN needs the bank app unlocked?: Type the EFIN related to the bank app you need to unlock.

    • Which bank app?: Select the bank you need to unlock.



    • Description: Please confirm the reason (which piece of information you need to modify), the EFIN, and the bank you need to unlock.



    • Provide your best can be reached number.



    • Click submit.

  8. Once your ticket is processed by the support team and completed, you will receive a notification.

    After that process is done, you’ll be able to edit the bank application.
