Process:

To request a switch of banks for your enrolled Location Account, please follow these instructions:
Open a new support ticket.
Provide details about your current bank enrollment and the bank you wish to switch to.
Clearly state your request to switch banks for your Location Account.
Submit the ticket and await further instructions from our support team.
Open the Support Portal link and sign in.

Fill in the following as shown below:
Subject: Type “Bank App Reset” and add the EFIN related to the bank app you need to unlock or reset.
Category: Bank Enrollment :: Bank App Unlock / Update Fees
Which EFIN needs the bank app unlocked?: Type the EFIN related to the bank app you need to reset.
Which bank app?: Select the bank you need to remove.
Description: Please confirm the reason (let us know that you want to switch banks), the EFIN, the Location Account Name, and the bank you need to reset.
Provide your best can be reached number.
Click submit.
Once your ticket is processed by the support team and completed, you will receive a notification.
After that process is done, you’ll be able to enroll the bank application with a new bank.
