OLT: Adding more than 10 Preparers

Description: This article will provide instructions on how to enable the option to have more than 10 preparers per office in the MO.

Process:

1. Login to your MO using your Admin Credentials. 
   

2. Once inside, click “Admin” on the left side of your screen.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Now locate the office that you want to enable this option for, and hit the “Gears”

      4. Once in this section, hit the button saying “Enable to Add more Preparers”. 

      

Now you’ll be able to add more than 10 preparers per office. Repeat the steps for other offices if needed.
