Overview
For your Office Locations to offer Bank Products, your Service Bureau must be enrolled with TPG and Refund Advantage
To Enroll your Office Locations from your Multi-Office Manager, follow along with the below video or step by step instructions.
First, sign into your Multi-Office Manager, Then click on the
Bank Icon on the left.
If you don't know what these first two records are, you are in the wrong place and should start here: Master Service Bureau Enrollment
To begin an office's enrollment click on the green envelope icon to the right of the EFIN you wish to enroll:
Step 1: Fee Details.
While enrolling an office location set the desired transmitter fee, service bureau fee, E-File fee and document preparation fee.
Service bureau fees are paid to the bank account on your Master Enrollment when a bank product return funds.
Transmission fee markups are disbursed to SBA Clients twice yearly.
The transmitter fee on OLT is $25, your markup is considered the difference between what you enter as the transmitter fee and $25.
Examples:
Transmitter Fee $25 - No markup. Using the default option of $25 sets no markup on the transmitter fee therefore there will be no withholdings to disburse as mentioned above.
Transmitter Fee $50 - $25 Markup. You will be owed $25 for each bank product return in which this markup was set and paid out based on products funded as mentioned above.
Electronic filing fee & document preparation fees are paid out to the ERO and the bank account on the office's bank application (next step).

Step 2: Bank Info
Enter the banking account that will receive the e-file fee, doc prep fee and any additional preparation fees or ERO type fees. Typically the ERO's bank account unless you have some sort of agreed upon prep fee split with the ERO/EFIN holder. Once complete, click Save and Continue.

You may find some additional offers depending on which bank you selected as well as several agreements which will needed to be reviewed and accepted.
Step 8: Verify and Submit your Enrollment
You're not done yet! Review the information in each box. If you need to make corrections click 'Edit Enrollment Information'
If everything is accurate send off the enrollment by clicking 'Transmit Enrollment'

Step 9: Completing your Enrollment
You're still not done yet! Typically within a few days (sometimes hours) you'll get an email from the bank accepting or denying your application.
If accepted there will be further instructions to create an account at the banking providers website where you'll potentially need to upload a few documents and complete compliance training. Until that has been completed the EFIN will not be able to transmit bank product returns.
