How to Deliver or Access an Office Location

Watch the video or read the steps below to learn how to access an office location once it's been created either through the MO or through your create account / demo link. These are the steps you'd need to provide your customer for them to access their office as well. 

Step 1:   Locate Your Branded OLT Link

In your Portal, under 'My Links', you'll find a 'Software Login' link specific to your brand. 

Step 2:  Prepare Your Login Credentials


When you set up your location, you should've noted down three key pieces of information:

  1. Admin Preparer's Account Name

  2. Password

  3. Firm Name

Step 3: Sign In &  Initial Setup (For First-Time Login)::

Open your branded OLT link.

Input the Admin Preparer's Account Name, Password, and Firm Name.

Click on 'Login'.


If you're logging in for the very first time, a 'Quick Setup' menu will automatically pop up.

If you don't see the 'Quick Setup' menu, no worries! Simply find and click on the 'Quick Setup' button at the top.

Use this menu to complete your initial settings. The options presented should look familiar, as most of them are also found in the Multi-Office Manager.
